Foig Ravine

Ideal for those who want the first touch with ferratas. Near to the village of Tivissa. This ferrata goes back a dried ravine with four big sections with steps and chain. Great views of Montsant mountains and Ebro valley.

The lenght of the via is 580 meters climbing a vertical drop of 165 meters.

It is classified as easy, in spite of having to test our agility, and at no time you suffer from vertigo, if we consider that there is the option to finish rappeling.

It takes about 1 h 45 ', distributed as follows: 10' approach; ferrata 1h and 35 'approx. back along the trail.

It is possible to finish 20 meters rappel if you like, only you have to communicate to us.

We emphasize that despite the proximity to the village, the via runs through a ravine filled with vegetation that gives us a strong sense of isolation from the outside world, as it runs (the descent too) on the north side of the mountains.
